Participatory Process Facilitation

We design participatory processes and facilitate these by creating a space of trust, openness, authenticity, non-judgment, inclusiveness and confidentiality. In this way, real sharing and dialogue is possible as participants feel safe to speak what is really on their minds and in their hearts.

In such processes, there is time to truly slow down, become present and have people show up with true authenticity rather than putting on a facade. People speak with intention and listen with intention, generating a space of deep respect, where every person can safely share their views without fear of judgment, ostracisation, bullying or having to give ‘the right answer’. Usual patterns of hierarchy, power and dominance are broken as there is nobody that has the right to take over and speak above or for others.

There are guidelines that are created collectively and voted in by all, as well as particular guidelines for the different social technologies that are used based on the outcome that is envisioned from each process. The outcomes are always ‘harvested’ and recorded, with different participants presenting them and once again nobody having the ‘right’ to decide for a group without the consent of all those in it.
